How to Writing

While it may be frustrating to follow the rules of writing business, there is at least one good reason why you should …

I saw a newspaper article the other day that the generations has been the problem of spelling in E 'reported that the younger generation wanted more relaxed rules for writing, and "… what was wrong in this? "

This is an interesting topic on multiple levels. After all, it is important that we are free to express ourselves, rather thanChain themselves to conventions, which may be obsolete? And why should these rules, some of which were created hundreds of years ago to enslave us, so to speak?

Even if the argument has its appeal, but also a fatal error. And this error is that we should not write one for us. In other words, the point of writing, the person to communicate with others, and so what we write, we should not write their own needs.

Well, this is apay fairly simple idea in publications in which to view the content, and love letters too, I think. But the idea has in other circumstances. As I wrote in my book, a manager's Guide to Newsletters: Communicating for results, the entire communication is a strategic component. This means that we do something for our community, even in the most banal of circumstances.

To return to the question I raised at the beginning of this article, we have to obey the grammaticalwriting rules or business rules, because they help others to read and understand what we wrote.

Even in principle be as low as avoiding prepositions at the ends of sentences helps others to understand what we wrote, and therefore has no value. Others would understand even if I ended a sentence with a preposition? Probably, but it can reduce the impact of my message.

And as always, to the extent possible answer is the usual goal of the writers of business, which is an excellentSubject to the following companies to write rules.
